Our Products
On Especialidades Troqueladas we create any metal part that can be
stamped: supports, hinges, brackets, panels, trays, electrical contacts,
bases, rollers, among others.
All these products are manufactured on time and under the most strict quality norms
according to our clients needs and schedules.
Progressive Stamping
In some of our manufacturing processes we use our refined progressive stamping technique in order
to create stamped metal parts on a faster, cheaper and consistent way. On this picture, you can see
the progressive stamping process used on one of our products.
Galvanizing Process
Once the metal parts are stamped and inspected under our most strict quality control procedures, we
proceed to apply a zinc coating through our galvanizing process to protect the metal surface from
corrosion and give a clean finish.
At the left side, we show some galvanized parts from a roller before its assembly.
Components Assembly
On our assembly lines we have the capacity to assemble complex modules that require the adjustment of diverse components.
As an example, we can see a "Roller" already assembled and ready to ship to one of our clients.
High and Medium Volume Pieces
We have the experience on progressive stamping whether high and medium volume we require, as well
as the design, build and debug of this type of tools.
Wide Stamping Capacity Range
Besides counting on with low tonnage presses (10-60 ton), we also count on presses up to
500 tons with beds up to 90x55 inches.
Within the range of services we have available, we also include cutting, bending and
leveling of steel blades to up to 72” wide and in calibers up to 3/16”.
